In light of the current uncertainty that we are all facing, we are taking steps as a business to remain business as usual for as long as we can; our sales team are available and online shop is still very much open – whilst we are monitoring the situation closely. Our main priority is keeping our customers and staff safe and getting your orders to you safely.
As the situation progresses, our plans may change. But here’s what we’re doing right now...
- We have provision in place for migrating our office staff towards home working when necessary. During this time, we’ll be doing our very best to offer our usual level of service, our team may be more limited than usual, but please bear with us.
- Our sales team will continue to be on hand to assist with your orders and enquiries and will keep you updated on your orders.
- We are monitoring our manufacturing to keep our production levels maintained at this stage; and we will be continuing to manufacture and dispatch orders whilst it is safe for you and everyone we employ.
- We are working closely with our warehouse and delivery companies, to ensure your parcels are still making their way to you. If you are self-isolating or would prefer a no-contact delivery service, you can request to have your parcel delivered to a safe place.
We will continue to monitor and follow advise from Public Health England, the Government and health experts at this time. The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our priority and we will continue to evolve our plans as the situation develops.
We appreciate that this is going to be a tough and testing time ahead for everyone and we wish you all the very best. Most importantly, we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this time. We are all in this together, and we will get through it together.
