The Recessed Floor Sockets Black Range
The Recessed version is new to our range of floor sockets. These are handmade in our UK factory and are available in Antique Brass or Bronze Antique although other finishes are available by request.
The recessed range offers a solution to clients that want the lid flap to be closed and flat even when you have a plug in the socket. This neat design features a deeper recessed box inside the housing that allows the insert to be set back from the lid surface. This allows for the extra space required by a plug or lead to fit flat under the lid once closed. We have both single & double versions with a "mousehole" arch cut into the lids to allow the flex or cables to trail out of the socket with the lid closed.
These versions are available with a choice of inserts and they also differ from the standard floor socket as these versions are offered with switched sockets. Not only do we offer standard 13 amp Plug Sockets but we also have 5 amp sockets for lighting circuits as well as Telephone Sockets, TV Points and RJ45 points for computer networking as well as a range of bespoke options that we can make to order. For our overseas clients we offer European or US versions.
This range includes the highest quality electrical inserts on the market today, coming with a 25 year guarantee against mechanical and electrical failure to give you the confidence that these will last the test of time.
